EVERYDAY IS JUST AN ORDINARY DAY, IN HER WORLD, SHE'S AN ORDINARY GIRL
That's the best way to describe Elley Marina Perino. Born January 26, 1987, The eldest daughter of Frank and Alison Perino, Elley spent a lot of time as a child hanging out with her grandfather, Frank Sr., doing homework and helping her mom take care of her twin brothers: Frank and Georgie who were born in 1986. But in her head, she was a princess: she planned elaborate tea parties, weddings for her dolls, dinner parties for her two cats- Lucy and Benny.She waited for her prince (although, in all actuality, he'd be more like Flynn Ryder than an actual Disney prince) She had sketchbooks full of pictures she tore out of magazines by the time her parent packed up the house and the boys and made the big move.
Oh the big move. Her dad got a new job, which moved the whole family (Grandpa Frank included) from the Chicago metropolitan area to New Jersey was quite the move- even at 7. It was different, the city itself felt different- just as diverse, just as busy, just... different.
For the first half of high school, Elley kept to herself. She had close friends (even close friends besides Elliott), she went on a few dates, she joined clubs to get to know more people. Junior year is when she really came into her own. She was still planning those elaborate parties in her head, so she did what she felt she needed to - she joined Prom committee. And then Senior year she planned Homecoming. And Turnabout. And Prom. |
